Terms of return and exchange
🔹 The product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.
🔹 The carpet must be in its original condition - without traces of use, dirt or damage.
🔹 Be sure to save the packaging and all labels.
🔹 The return of the product is at the expense of the buyer, unless the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect.
How to return or exchange the product?

2️⃣ Fill out the application - we will send you a return form.
3️⃣ Send the product back - use a convenient delivery service.
4️⃣ Get a refund or exchange - after checking the product, we will refund your money or send another carpet.
💳 Refunds are made to your bank card within 3-7 business days after receiving the goods.
⚠️ If you received a defective or incorrectly packaged product, we will cover all costs for return or replacement!
